A board with deals on it
Monday Sales CRM is impressive engineering. The team took a general-purpose work platform and bent it into a CRM template with deal stages, automations, and a Marketer module. For existing Monday customers it's an easy add-on.
What it isn't is a CRM-first product. Deal cards are columns on a board. Email tracking is automations. The AI is template suggestions, not an agent. OpsWyse is the opposite: 22+ purpose-built CRM surfaces, Wyse drafting the actual work, ready on day one without a Monday admin to configure boards.
AI suggestions vs drafted work
Monday's AI Assistant suggests email drafts, summarizes deals, recommends actions. Wyse does the work: drafts the follow-up using the call notes, queues the renewal email tied to the contract end date, generates the customer health snapshot from usage signals. Three autonomy modes (Draft, Notify, Auto). The line between "this is a useful AI suggestion" and "this is work shipping for me" is the gap.
When Monday is the right answer
If your engineering, creative, ops, HR, and sales teams already run on Monday boards, and the goal is one platform rather than the best CRM, Monday is the right call. The cross-team board depth is unmatched. Wysera makes sense when the CRM is the constraint, not the project planner.
