The 5 daily rules
Every single day, every crew member must complete all 5 rules and post proof in their personal channel before midnight UTC.
The Triple Post
Publish 1 marketing post on 3 different social platforms (for example X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, or YouTube). Your choice, but it must be 3 different ones. Screenshot proof required in your channel.
The Daily 5 Reach
Personally reach out to 5 people, inside your Discord crew or outside the community. DM them, comment on their work, introduce them to your product, collaborate. Log who you contacted and what you said. This builds real relationships, not vanity metrics.
The Website Report
Share your website traffic screenshot for the day. Any tool works: Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, the Wysera dashboard. One screenshot, every day. We track whether it is growing.
The Spotlight (5 winners daily)
Each day, 5 rotating crew members are picked on post quality and growth to share their best link in the main fleet showcase channel. Everyone else must engage: like, comment, share, or boost that day's spotlighted posts. Supporting the crew is mandatory, not optional.
The Captain's Log
End each day with a 2 to 3 sentence reflection in your channel: what you posted, what worked, what you will do tomorrow. This compounds learning across the whole fleet.

Stay alive or walk the plank
Miss any rule on any day without pre-approved leave and the consequences trigger automatically. No reminders save you.

What counts as a marketing post?+
Any public post that promotes your product, service, or brand. Educational content, product updates, testimonials, demos, and stories all count. Memes with no marketing intent do not.
Which 3 platforms can I use?+
Any 3 from X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Facebook, Reddit, Pinterest, Substack, and Bluesky. They must be 3 different ones each day.
What counts as a "reach out" for the Daily 5?+
A genuine DM, reply, comment, or collaboration ask directed at a real person. Mass spam does not count. Quality over volume.
Do I need to use Wysera to join?+
No, but Wysera members get automatic priority in the queue and can use the platform to schedule posts, write copy, and pull the analytics reports for their daily screenshot.
What if I'm sick or have an emergency?+
One approved leave per 30 days. Post in your channel 24 hours in advance and the Captain approves or denies. Unapproved absences mean you are removed.
Who selects the daily 5 spotlight winners?+
A combination of engagement metrics from the previous day's posts plus a rotating moderator pick. Winners are announced in the fleet showcase channel each morning at 9AM UTC.
Can I come back after walking the plank?+
Yes. After 30 days you can rejoin the waitlist from the back. No priority, no exceptions.
Is this free?+
Free while the first fleet sails. Wysera members get priority in the queue. We will never charge you simply to be held accountable, and if that ever changes, the founding crew stays free.
