The CRM that gets you found and felt
Pipelines, Wyse AI, metrics, pages, and a command palette, all working together so your team moves on signal, not guesswork.
AI-Powered
Wyse reads your workspace, drafts in your voice, and answers with citations to the records it used.
Built to Scale
Forty modules under one grammar. Switch context without switching tools or retraining the team.
Team-Ready
Roles, permissions, real-time presence, and shareable views, ready from day one.
Three things. Done differently.
Not another CRM, a workspace with a brain.
AI that reads the room
Wyse grounds every answer in your live workspace, across pipeline, inbox, and calendar. Ask in plain English, get a cited answer, a chart, and a draft you can ship. Never a generic LLM.
A deal chain that converts itself
Prospect → Quote → Contract → Customer → Order, one click at every handoff. Line items, client identity, and payment terms carry forward. No re-keying, no dropped records.
Every record tells its story
Prospect Pulse, Journey rails, Contract Radar, and Customer Health turn static records into a heartbeat. Open any deal and see warmth, trajectory, and what to do next.
Meet Wyse, from signal to closed loop
The always-on agent inside OpsWyse.
Wyse is the always-on agent inside OpsWyse. It watches your pipeline 24/7, spots the moments that matter, drafts the move in your voice, and hands the lead to the right rep, with context. No busywork. Just revenue you can trace.

In detail
What OpsWyse actually ships
The business operating system, and the product everything else hangs off. It owns accounts, workspaces, members, roles and per-product entitlements for the entire suite, and it is the OIDC issuer every other product signs in against. Inside it, a schema-flexible record engine turns any business object into a typed template, a visual workflow engine runs approval gates, and 43 functional modules cover the work.

The record engine
Any business object becomes a typed template rather than a hard-coded screen. 22 template types, 22 column types and 10 view types, with formula and calculated fields at Pro.
- List, Grid and Kanban views
- Calendar, Timeline and Matrix pivot
- Stream, Feed and Split view
- Reference columns across templates
- Public ingest forms
- Saved named views
The revenue chain
One typed path from first contact to recurring revenue, with each conversion recorded rather than reconstructed later.
- Lead to Deal to Quote to Agreement
- Quote revision as a version chain
- Agreement to Order to Subscription
- Renewal and amendment
- Subscription upgrade and downgrade
- Auto-conversion triggers
Workflow and approvals
A visual no-code canvas with an approval gate, which is the piece that makes automation safe to point at customers.
- Field-change, record-create and manual triggers
- Webhook, cron and email-reply triggers
- Conditional branch
- Approval gate with a human in the loop
- Rate limiting and send-window rules
- Forward-row, PDF, wait, branch and loop actions
Wyse AI inside the CRM
The agent reads the record it is acting on, so a drafted reply already knows the deal, the history and the next action.
- AI summarise across record, thread and recap
- AI draft reply and new outreach
- AI next action per record
- Pipeline priorities and deal ranking
- Intent classification
- Contract Radar, Churn Risk and Health

Where OpsWyse sits in the suite
OpsWyse is not one of five products that integrate. It is the tenancy root: it owns accounts, workspaces, members, roles and per-product entitlements for the whole suite, and it is the OIDC issuer every other product signs in against. A plan bought here is what the other products read to decide what they are allowed to do.
What OpsWyse receives
A dedicated opswyse-handoff agent, plus CRM push from event lead capture, so a captured contact becomes a CRM record rather than a CSV.
Lead applications from the public form feed the team's own pipeline, landing in the CRM that already holds every other lead.
Membership state is driven by verified webhook events, so a paid member is a subscription the CRM already knows about rather than a separate list to reconcile.
What OpsWyse sends on
Identity, workspace and entitlements. PostWyse signs in against the OpsWyse OIDC issuer and reads which capabilities the plan has bought.
Single sign-on across the Wyse products through the same OIDC issuer, so a founder brand is not a second account to manage. This is one login spanning the suite, not a connection to your own identity provider.
The role vocabulary is already reserved (recruiter, hiring_manager, interviewer, manager) and OpsWyse HR is the handoff target, in production today.
Members and entitlements resolve against the same tenancy root, so a community member and a CRM contact are not two unrelated people.
