Delete your data, no runaround.

This page explains how to request deletion of the data Wysera holds about you, including any Facebook or Instagram information you connected through PostWyse. You can delete everything in two ways, and we action every verified request within 30 days.

How to request deletion

Choose whichever is easiest. Both permanently remove your data from Wysera.

Option 1 · In the app

Open Settings → Data & privacy → Delete my data inside PostWyse or OpsWyse. Confirm, and deletion starts immediately, no email needed.

Option 2 · By email

Email hi@wysera.ai from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We handle the rest.

    Use either option above. Tell us if you want everything deleted or only a specific connected account (for example, just your Facebook or Instagram connection).

    We verify it is you

    We confirm the request comes from the account owner so nobody can delete your data but you.

  3. 3

    We delete and confirm

    We revoke any connected Meta tokens right away, hard-delete your data within 30 days, and email you a confirmation when it is done.

Remove Wysera from Facebook directly

If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account through PostWyse, you can also revoke our access from Meta at any time, independent of us:

  1. 01Go to Facebook Settings → Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. 02Open Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
  3. 03Find Wysera / PostWyse in the list of active integrations.
  4. 04Select it and choose Remove to revoke access and delete the connection.
Removing the integration on Facebook revokes our access token immediately. To also erase the data we already stored, send a deletion request using either option above, that is the part Facebook cannot do for you.

What gets deleted

A full deletion removes everything below. A scoped request (for example, disconnecting only Meta) removes just that category.

  • Account and profile

    Your name, email, password hash, workspace membership, and profile settings.

  • Workspace content

    Drafts, briefs, contacts, notes, files, and anything you or your team created inside PostWyse or OpsWyse.

  • Connected Meta data

    Facebook and Instagram access tokens, connected Page and account identifiers, profile fields, and any post or insight data PostWyse synced from Meta on your behalf.

  • AI prompts and outputs

    Prompt and response logs tied to your account, along with any learning Wyse held inside your tenant.

  • Usage and support

    Telemetry linked to your account and support conversations, subject to the limited legal retention noted below.

How long it takes

  • Connected Meta tokens are revoked immediately when you delete or disconnect, so no further data is pulled.
  • Live workspace data is removed from active systems within a few business days.
  • Encrypted backups roll off and are purged within 30 days.
  • We email you a confirmation once deletion is complete.
We may retain a minimal set of records where the law requires it, such as tax invoices kept for seven years and suppression records that stop us re-importing you. These contain no connected Meta content. See the Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule.
