A Calendly booking is a buying signal. OpsWyse plus Calendly turns each one into a logged deal touchpoint with a prep brief going in and a follow-up draft coming out.

What this integration does
Ingests every Calendly booking, reschedule, and cancellation in real time via Calendly webhooks.
Matches each invitee to an OpsWyse contact and deal (or creates a new lead) and logs the booking on the deal timeline.
Maps the Calendly intake-form answers into OpsWyse fields, so the qualifying questions you ask at booking populate the record automatically.
Generates a prep brief for the host before the meeting and drafts a follow-up after it, with the follow-up gated behind Wyse's confirm-before-execute approval.
Runs no-show and reschedule plays: if an invitee cancels or no-shows, Wyse drafts the appropriate re-engagement outreach.
Use cases
Every booking becomes a tracked deal touchpoint
A prospect books a demo through Calendly. The booking instantly appears on the matching OpsWyse deal with the intake answers mapped into fields. No manual data entry, no booking that lives only in your inbox.
Intake answers that actually reach the CRM
The qualifying questions on your Calendly form (company size, use case, timeline) map straight into OpsWyse fields. The rep sees them on the record and in the prep brief instead of digging through confirmation emails.
Automatic follow-up after the meeting
After the call, Wyse drafts a follow-up referencing what was booked and discussed. You approve it before it sends. The next step happens fast without the rep remembering to write it from scratch.
Recover no-shows and cancellations
When an invitee no-shows or cancels, Calendly fires the event, Wyse logs it, and drafts a re-engagement message with a fresh booking link. Pipeline doesn't leak just because someone missed a slot.
Setup, step by step
01
Create a Calendly API connection
In Calendly, go to Integrations, API & Webhooks, and generate a personal access token (or set up the OAuth app for team-wide use). Copy the token. Note your organization and user URIs, which OpsWyse uses to scope the connection.
02
Connect in OpsWyse
OpsWyse, Settings, Integrations, Calendly. Paste the token. Wysera validates it and registers webhooks for invitee.created and invitee.canceled events so bookings flow in without polling.
03
Map event types and intake fields
Match your Calendly event types (Demo, Discovery, Onboarding) to OpsWyse meeting types, and map each intake-form question to an OpsWyse field. This mapping drives both record population and prep-brief content.
04
Set matching and routing rules
Decide how invitees match to existing contacts and deals, and what happens to unmatched bookers (create a lead, assign an owner by round-robin or territory). Configure which event types trigger prep briefs and follow-up plays.
05
Enable follow-up plays in draft mode
Turn on prep briefs first. Then enable follow-up and no-show plays in draft-only mode so Wyse writes but never sends without approval. Once you trust the drafts, keep the confirm-before-execute gate on for live sending.
Data flow
Calendly delivers bookings to OpsWyse through signed webhooks (invitee.created, invitee.canceled), with the Calendly API used to enrich event and invitee details. Booking and intake data is stored in your OpsWyse tenant, encrypted at rest, and never trains public models. Any follow-up or re-engagement message passes through Wyse's confirm-before-execute approval, and every booking, log entry, and drafted outreach is recorded in the OpsWyse audit log with the Calendly event URI.
•Webhook subscriptions and API access require a Calendly Standard plan or higher; the free Calendly tier does not expose the API.
•Intake-field mapping covers standard and custom questions; file-upload questions are stored as links, not ingested.
•Round-robin owner assignment honors Calendly's own routing; OpsWyse re-routing on top of that is Pro Bundle.
Wire it up
Connect OpsWyse with Calendly in 20 minutes.
Start a workspace, paste the credentials, watch the first sync run. No professional services engagement required.
Yes. The integration relies on Calendly's API and webhooks, which require a Standard plan or higher. The free Calendly tier can't be connected because it doesn't expose API access.
Will Wyse send follow-ups automatically after meetings?
Only drafts, until you approve. Follow-up and no-show messages are generated as drafts and pass through Wyse's confirm-before-execute step. You can run indefinitely in draft-only mode if you prefer to send every message by hand.
How does this differ from the Google Calendar integration?
Calendly handles inbound self-scheduling: the prospect picks a slot, and we capture the booking, intake answers, and follow-up. Google Calendar handles your own calendar, prep briefs, and meeting logging. They work well together and many teams use both.
What if the same person books twice?
Wyse matches by email and links both bookings to the same contact and deal rather than creating duplicates. Reschedules update the existing meeting record instead of spawning a new one.
Can I map the questions I ask at booking into the CRM?
Yes. Each Calendly intake question maps to an OpsWyse field during setup, so the answers populate the record automatically and show up in the prep brief.
