Your first workflow

A workflow does something for you when a record changes or on a schedule. Build one in Autopilot › Workflows, then turn it on.

  1. In OpsWyse, open Autopilot › Workflows and click New workflow.
  2. Pick how to build it. Build a sequence is a step-by-step wizard, best for emails and reminders. Describe with AI turns a sentence into a workflow. Advanced builder is a visual canvas with branches, conditions, approvals and loops. You can also start from a template.
  3. Choose what starts it: a record being created, a field changing, a schedule, or a call from another tool.
  4. Save it, then click Activate. A workflow only runs while it is active.

Not sure where to start? Try Describe with AI with: "Send a welcome email when a new lead is created, wait 3 days, then send a follow-up."

To stop a workflow, pause it. An active workflow can't be deleted: pause or archive it first.

In Wyse Atlas, Sell › New sequence builds a sequence for your CRM records, and Enroll people adds people to it.
