When you set up Wyse Atlas, it adds automatic emails for each kind of record: leads, deals, quotes, agreements, orders, subscriptions, projects, tasks and support tickets, and switches them on. Some go to your customers, like a welcome email for a new lead. Others tell your team, like when a lead is assigned to someone. Their names start with [Wyse].
A few, named [Wyse] Auto:, create the next record for you. A signed agreement becomes an order or a subscription, and a fulfilled order becomes a project.
- Open Wyse Atlas › Workflows.
- Each email has its own on/off switch and a preview. The counts show how many are on, how many were sent, and how many failed in the last 7 days.
- To stop every customer email at once, turn off Customer emails.
While customer emails are paused, any customer email that would have gone out is skipped, not sent later. Team notifications, sequences in Sell and the automatic record steps keep going.
