The Distribution Index · October 2026

Email & newsletters

The best-distributing email and newsletter platforms we measured: whether a crawler can reach what they publish, an answer engine can quote it, and a reader can subscribe to it. 6 scored 70 or above. Each one is linked.

6 listed · of 45 on the index · measured twice

The finding

4 of the 6 are weakest on Quotable.

Whether an answer engine can lift a passage from your page and cite it. Among the email and newsletter platforms that distribute best, it is the pillar most often left for last.

The only way onto this list is the score

This page is the Distribution Index filtered to one category. We picked a pool of 148 sites, ran the audit, and every site that scored 70 or above is listed whether it has heard of us or not.

  • No payment, no placement, no sponsored rows.
  • Linking to us does not get you listed, and we will not ask you to.
  • Displaying our badge does not get you listed either. The two are unrelated on purpose.
  • Categories are assigned by what a company sells. Nobody picks their own, and no category has an easier bar.

A link traded for a link back is a link exchange, and search engines treat it as one. A measurement we ran and published is editorial. The number is the only thing we accept.

How these were measured

The same Distribution Score audit anyone can run: a 100-point rubric across seven pillars, run twice on each site through the public tool's code path. Only sites that scored identically on both passes are listed. The full method, the pool and the sites that blocked the audit are on the main index.
