Palais des Congrès, Paris, France
The largest aesthetic dermatology and plastic surgery congress in the world, and the one where technique gets debated rather than demonstrated. Worth the flight if clinical depth is the point; not the place to go for business or compliance.

AACS Annual Scientific Meeting 2027
San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter, San Antonio, TX
The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery's scientific meeting. More surgical than most of this list, so it matters mainly if your medical director is the reason you are going.

Medical Spa Show 2027
Wynn Las Vegas, Las Vegas, NV
AmSpa's own event and the closest thing the industry has to a business conference rather than a clinical one. Ten-plus education tracks, and the legal and compliance sessions are the reason most owners come back.

The Aesthetic MEET 2027
Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami Beach, FL
The Aesthetic Society's annual CME meeting. Note the clash: it runs the same four days as Medical Spa Show, so an owner with one medical director is choosing between them.

Built for practices where injectors, physicians and advanced practice providers all attend together, which is most med spas. Useful if you are sending a team rather than a person.

Modern Beauty Con 2027
Boston Park Plaza, Boston, MA
Smaller and more marketing-led than the Las Vegas events, and the only one on this list on the east coast, which makes the travel maths very different if you are in New England.

The one built specifically for advanced practice providers rather than physicians, which is who actually holds the needle in most med spas. Venue for 2027 was still unannounced when this page was last checked.
Best for: Nurse injectors, PAs and NPs
