Full Stack Developer (0–2 Years Experience)

The role
Understand the product end to end, then build the features that move it.
As a Full Stack Developer, you'll work across frontend and backend to build complete product features, from intuitive interfaces to scalable APIs and third-party integrations.
This role suits someone who enjoys seeing how an application works end to end and wants exposure to modern web development, cloud infrastructure, AI integrations, and scalable architecture. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers on features that directly impact customers.
We're not looking for someone who knows every technology. We want strong fundamentals, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. You'll work in a stack that includes Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind on the frontend, and Python, Django, Node, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery on the backend, with OpenAI and Anthropic for AI.
What you'll do
- Build end-to-end product features using modern frontend and backend technologies
- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React and Next.js
- Design, build, and maintain scalable REST APIs
- Create reusable UI components and maintain a consistent design system
- Develop backend services that power AI features, automation workflows, and integrations
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries
- Integrate third-party services such as Gmail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, OpenAI, Twilio, and SendGrid
- Build real-time features using WebSockets and Server-Sent Events (SSE)
- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure multi-tenant applications
- Develop background jobs and asynchronous workflows using Celery and pg-boss
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
- Take part in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve performance
Who you are
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development
- Experience with React and component-based architecture
- Working knowledge of TypeScript
- Basic backend development experience with Python or Node.js
- Familiarity with REST APIs and client-server architecture
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL fundamentals
- Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Nice to have (not required): Next.js App Router, Django and DRF, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Zustand, TanStack Query, React Hook Form and Zod, Celery, Supabase, AWS, OpenAI or other LLM APIs, OAuth integrations, WebSockets, CI/CD, and testing with Vitest, Playwright, or pytest
