You identify the right businesses, start the conversation, run the process, and close the deal. When you win, you win big.
This is ideal for someone who's done selling for agencies, SaaS tools, or marketing platforms and knows how to talk ROI to business owners.
What you'll do
- Prospect and qualify SMB and mid-market leads
- Run discovery calls and product walkthroughs
- Own the pipeline from first touch to signed contract
- Follow up relentlessly without being pushy
- Log activity and deals in CRM
- Share market feedback with the founding team
Who you are
- 2+ years closing B2B deals (SaaS, marketing, or agency background preferred)
- You know how to sell to business owners, not just gatekeepers
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Hungry, coachable, and results-obsessed
- Bonus: experience selling AI tools, automation platforms, or MarTech
Compensation
- 100% commission structure
- Tiered rates with accelerators above quota
